BOOK ACTIVITIES

If you have used one of my books in the classroom and would like to share your activities, please send me an email so that I can post it here for others to share. You retain all rights and I will make sure your credit is visible.

CAN I PRAY WITH MY EYES OPEN

  
Make a list of the places you like to pray. Then make a list of the places the character in the book likes to pray. How many are on both lists?

   Describe how you are like or unlike the main character. 

   Write a letter to the character in the book. 

   Write a different ending to the book.

   Design a new book cover and write the cover copy.

   Draw a picture from the book and see if people can guess who it is. 

   Write a book review and send it to a local newspaper.
